EXCHANGE POLICY

Office Supply Store.com offers a Lifetime Exchange Policy. In the event a product you purchased on our web site is defective, we will replace that product with another product available on our web site free of charge for a product of equal or lesser value. Anyone who wishes to take advantage of our Exchange Policy must contact us via e-mail at exchanges@officesupplystore.com or call us at     (425) 502-6880 or fax their request to (425) 449-4481.

 

PRODUCT DISCLAIMER

We do not create, make or manufacture any of the items we sell. Any products purchased on our Site are in fact manufactured by other entities. Accordingly, all products are covered by the manufacturers warranties, (if any), and the Terms of Use of said product by the Manufacturer. 

 

RETURNS

We offer a 30 Day return policy. All returns must be pre authorized in writing by www.officesupplystore.com. The merchandise must be in it's original packaging and not damaged. If you wish to return a product you purchased on our site, please email us at returns@officesupplystore.com, or fax us at (425) 449-4481 or call us at (425) 502-6880 to make arrangements to return your products.
